If you're looking for convenience, this hotel is a great choice. It's located in the heart of the city, close to everything you need. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the staff speaks English fluently, so communication is never a problem. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant experience. Plus, the breakfast served here is superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start your day.
The noise from the main road outside can be quite bothersome during the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and we could easily communicate with them in English or German. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything - the city center, dining options, and even the trails and cable car. Plus, the breakfast they served was superb. we had a very pleasant experience.
For us, it was ideal.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the staff was accommodating to vegetarian requests. the location was convenient for exploring the town and nearby scenic walks. Being able to park the car in the hotel's free parking lot was also a plus.
The cleanliness left something to be desired. Our room had visible dust on surfaces and the bathroom wasn't spotless.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a lovely experience. The breakfast offered a great selection of foods to choose from, which was perfect for starting the day. Its location was ideal, as it was situated close to both the city center and the trails for skiing. Another bonus was the friendly staff who could speak English and made us feel welcome.
The thin walls made it difficult to sleep during the day when other guests were talking or walking around. some parts of the hotel showed their age and could benefit from some renovation.
